All orders will be shipped via Surface Delivery and will be delivered within 5-6 Days to most locations within India.

We aim to swiftly process your orders to ensure timely delivery:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the moment the order is placed.

  • Please be aware that orders placed after 6 PM will be processed on the following business day.

  • Orders placed after 6 PM on Fridays will be scheduled for shipment on Monday morning.

 

3. Confirmation Call:

As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we make a confirmation call to all customers before dispatching their orders. This step ensures accuracy and prevents unnecessary delays and wrong dispatches.

  • A confirmation call will be made to the contact number provided during checkout.

  • If we are unable to reach you via phone call, we will attempt to contact you through other provided contact information.

  • If we are unable to confirm the order details with you, we regret to inform you that the order will be canceled.

 

4. Shipping Costs:

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all products (COD are extra).

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and WhatsApp containing a tracking link. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and whereabouts of your package.

6. Delivery Timeframes:

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

9. Return Packages:

If you don't like the product or it is received in a damaged condition you can easily return it within 7 days of receiving it.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or other reasons, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
